The United States Specialty Sports Association (USSSA) known for its softball and baseball leagues has officially joined the flag football ranks. They start by joining the Metro Competitor Flag Football Union to form a true National Association for Flag Football.
Currently they are choosing State Directors to organize flag football in each state. The USSSA/MCFFU offer discounted sports insurance, more recognition for players and teams country wide. Developing leagues and tournaments for every level of play and much more.
Thomas Paulikas has been chosen to be the New Jersey State director for the USSSA/MCFFU. So, the Garden State Flag Football Association will be the first of many leagues to sign on to the new USSSA/MCFFU program.
